We start at Main Street Brewing, housed in a beautifully restored 1913 industrial building in Mount Pleasant. Here, you'll see the brewing process firsthand and taste rare cask ales—one of the few places in Vancouver to do so. We'll discuss the rise of Canada's craft beer movement and develop your tasting skills with a guided flight of fresh, small-batch brews.
Next, we walk through the Brewery Creek district—an area famous for street art, indie vibe, and brewing history. Along the way, I’ll point out murals, hidden restaurants, and local hangouts, giving you a feel for the neighborhood’s creative energy and sharing personal tips for exploring further.
Our second brewery stop is R&B Ale & Pizza House, a local favorite and pioneer of Vancouver's craft beer scene. Known for bold flavors and a cozy atmosphere, you'll enjoy a unique flight of beers while learning about the stories behind the names, the neighborhood, and the community that built it.
We finish at Faculty Brewing, a modern, experimental micro-brewery that promotes open-source brewing, sustainability, and inclusivity. You’ll sample a final flight in a relaxed setting that encourages conversation, plus get top local food and drink suggestions for your Vancouver visit.
